1. Understand the Rules Before You Trade
Read every rule. Know your profit target (8%), max drawdown (10%), daily loss limit (5%), and minimum trading days. Violations are instant failure — there are no exceptions.
2. Risk 1–2% Per Trade Maximum
On a $50,000 account, never risk more than $500–$1,000 per trade. This leaves room for a losing streak without hitting your drawdown limit.
3. Never Trade News Events Without Protection
High-impact news events can cause extreme volatility. Either avoid trading during major announcements or use tight stop-losses.
4. Hit the Profit Target Gradually
Don't try to hit 8% in 3 days. Spread it over 2–3 weeks. Rushed trading leads to oversized positions and unnecessary risk.
