Risk Disclosure Statement

Last Updated: April 6, 2026

PLEASE READ THIS RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRADING AND SPECULATIVE ACTIVITIES ON THE ELYSIUM TRADE PLATFORM.

1. General Risk Warning

Trading and speculative activities in financial instruments, including but not limited to cryptocurrency price predictions, CFD trading, and prop trading challenges, carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all users.

You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not deposit funds that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

2. Bet Trading Risks

2.1 Total Loss of Stake
Every bet placed on the Platform carries the risk of total loss of the staked amount. If your price prediction is incorrect, you will lose 100% of the bet.

2.2 House Edge
The Platform maintains a mathematical edge (8–15%) on all betting markets. This means that over a large number of bets, the statistical expectation for the user is negative. This is a speculative entertainment product, not an investment vehicle.

2.3 Price Data Risk
Price data is sourced from external providers (Binance WebSocket API, FastForex). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that price data is always current, accurate, or free from technical errors. Settlement disputes based on pricing errors will be resolved at our sole discretion.

2.4 Latency and Execution Risk
Internet connectivity issues, server latency, or technical disruptions may affect bet placement and settlement. We are not responsible for bets that fail to execute due to technical issues outside our control.

3. CFD Trading Risks

3.1 Leverage Risk
CFD trading involves leverage, which amplifies both potential gains and losses. A small adverse price movement can result in losses significantly exceeding your initial deposit. You may lose more than your account balance.

3.2 Margin Calls and Stop-Out
If your account equity falls below the margin call level (40% of required margin), you will receive a margin call notification. If equity falls below the stop-out level (20%), your positions may be automatically closed at a loss.

3.3 Overnight Financing
Holding CFD positions overnight may incur financing charges (swap rates) that can erode your account balance over time.

3.4 Slippage and Gaps
During periods of high volatility or low liquidity, orders may be executed at prices different from those requested. Gap risk may result in positions being closed significantly beyond stop-loss levels.

3.5 B-Book Model
Elysium Trade operates as a B-Book broker. This means the platform acts as counterparty to your trades. Your profit is the platform's loss and vice versa. This creates an inherent conflict of interest which you acknowledge and accept.

4. Prop Trading Challenge Risks

4.1 Challenge Fees are Non-Refundable
All challenge fees paid to participate in Prop Trading evaluation programs are strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

4.2 Simulated Capital
Funded accounts in the Prop Trading program use simulated/virtual capital. No real market positions are placed. Profits in funded accounts represent the Platform's contractual obligation to pay the profit split — they are not backed by segregated real assets.

4.3 Rule Violations
Automatic account termination may occur if any challenge rule is violated, including but not limited to maximum drawdown, daily loss limits, or prohibited trading behaviors. These checks are automated and not subject to appeal.

4.4 Platform Risk
If the Platform ceases operations, any outstanding profit obligations to funded traders may not be fulfillable.

5. Cryptocurrency Risks

5.1 Volatility
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets. The value of your deposited cryptocurrency may fluctuate significantly between deposit and withdrawal.

5.2 Irreversibility
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for user error in cryptocurrency transactions.

5.3 Regulatory Risk
The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies is evolving. Changes in law or regulation could impact your ability to deposit, withdraw, or use certain cryptocurrencies.

5.4 Blockchain Network Risk
Blockchain network congestion, forks, or technical failures could delay or prevent transactions.

6. Operational and Technical Risks

6.1 Platform outages, cyberattacks, data breaches, or technical failures may affect your ability to access your account or execute transactions.

6.2 We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.3 Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures beyond our control may temporarily disrupt the Service.

7. Regulatory and Legal Risk
